Half head highlights (pics)?

I have looked for ages (and in hair magazines etc.) but can't find a pic of what i'm looking for....I want the same colour style as the pics below, but on someone with fair skin and the bottom layer to be dark brown and the top layer, a more subtle light brown (or a combo of lighter brown and dark blonde highlights)

Why dont you just show them that pic? You can just say that you want that style, but straight or whatever you want. And straight would be the best. i would love it!
