I have looked for ages (and in hair magazines etc.) but can't find a pic of what i'm looking for....I want the same colour style as the pics below, but on someone with fair skin and the bottom layer to be dark brown and the top layer, a more subtle light brown (or a combo of lighter brown and dark blonde highlights)

Top layer highlights (pics)?
Some hair stylists can create that on a program. Also you could possibly find someone to do it on photoshop with your face. I admit it could be a bit pricey but I think it'd be worth it.
