i have heard alot about this family, yes they had red hair, but they were on Jeremy Kyle show with some of their neighbours and it wasnt the fact they have red hair, they and their kids are being a nuisance to their neighbours, the neighbours are trying to get them out because their kids are abusive to people and are vandalising the place. they are just using the excuse about red hair, its not the first place that they have caused trouble, you cant blame the neighbours.

Didn't read it but I knew a girl in hs with red hair. she said she had a real hard time getting friends because of her hair. she was told many people relate overbearing, needy and greedy with red hair. I have no idea where this comes from. my sister had beautiful red hair and green eyes. she was sweet, considerate, passionate, funny, clever. I think red hair is very pretty when there are other colors in it, blonde get boring and brown gets dull, red is always fresh and vibrant.

No joke if you have red hair, i have seen interviews with people wo have red hair and their children who have been hounded and harrassed because of it. I can honestly say that this is the most absurd thing, what the hell is wrong with people. I think this family had had nasty stuff pushed through their letter box and been called unmentionable names. And the children were all bullied at school. Not uncommon at all apparently, bizarre.

How our society has changed, I went to school in the early 50's and had a mop of vivid ginger hair, I had no bullying or problems at all. I was called Ginger or Carrot tops but my Mum and Dad called me that as well so where is the problem. Surely no one today objects to be called either Ginger or Carrot tops, if they do they are very sad indeed. Wait to you get to my age and what ever hair you have left is grey/white then your problem will be solved. Whatever you do do not dye your hair be proud of it and its colour. Those that do abuse you are just sad and jealous and not very proud of their own

I haven't read the particular article, but if it's the same family that was on a very well known chat show a few weeks or so ago. This family causes mayhem on the district where they lived and uses the excuse that it's the colour of their hair is why people hate them. In fact, it wouldn't matter what colour their hair was, or even if they had any. They were the family from hell and a petition had been got up to get them evicted.
