Any hairdressers know how to get white blondes but still keep healthy hair?

IM a hairdresser myself and have seen stunning white blondes in magazines. I am stumped. I have tried bleach+6% in foils on light virgin hair which is the closest I get(with a toner of coarse). What I am asking is how do you get that all over platinum hair colour without warm patches and without doing multiple applications because it ruins the hair structure. In our salon we use Goldwell powdered lightener(bleach) goldwell blondies (gell on the scalp bleach) and affinage tints. Any suggestions on products used or application methods?

well i'm a hairdresser aswell, and what i did because mines white blonde every couple of weeks i had cap highlights but through a plastic cap the ones where you make you own holes so i did absolutely loads but used 12 % and only left it on for afew mind say 15mins and just kept doing that every couple of weeks, oh yeah and the toner after it and tone it in between having the cap highlights. Mines really really blonde now!!! I love it :D
