yea since you have a pale face.. light hair will work best because black hair or any dark color hair will make you look dead.

I like the color alot. It's very pretty.The picture is tough to tell how her hair is cut though. I recommend bringing a better pic of what haircut you want to your hairstylist.

Pea is right--go to a colorist at a shop or at a beauty school who can help you achieve the effect you want. Remember, though, once you start coloring your hair, you have to keep it up or else it starts looking really ratty--eww!

Yeah im a black girl and I think that would look very cute. I always thought the colors like that look very hott especially when yall wear it in a pony or pushed back having it go all different directions or whever . I really think you should go for it no ifs ands or buts about that one.

i think you should wait till you are thirteen (you ll have more money to keep it up / looking proper) to start with all the colors. maybe get a rinse color for now to satisfy yourself. get a good cut and learn to fix it at home. go to stylist as needed to keep the cut looking good , or ask her to change a little of the style every three months so you always end up with a little different style. good luck
