HOW To MAKE HAIR LIKE THIS????

I always did my hair like that! My hair is very hard to work with and wouldn't hold the scrunch look but I used this product and I finally had the scrunch look down.

The secret is "Curl Booster" I don't know what brand it is, but here's a picture of it...

You can buy it at Wallgreens or Wal*Mart. Anyway, you'll need that, hair dyer (diffuser a plus), hair gel, and a hell of a lot of hairspray. I suggest ULTRA, ULTRA hold of each brand.

What you do is...

-Wash your hair first and as soon as you get out the shower wait about 3-5 minutes.

-Then filp your hair over (upside down) and spray the Curl Booster like crazy! Make sure every inch you want curled is sprayed.

-After that, grab some gel and gently start to scrunch it into your hair. You can do this by putting some gel in your palm and basically grabbing parts of your hair and squeezing it in your palm. This is "scrunching". Make sure your hair is still flipped over by this time.

-Next, keep scrunching while you spray some hair spray over every inch to keep the curls holding.

-Finally, keep your hair flipped as you use the blow dryer over your hair. Remember, diffuser is a definite plus for this! DO NOT USE HEAT TO DRY! USE COOL! IF NEED BE USE WARM! While you blow dry, keep scrunching your hair gently.

-After you feel your hair pretty much dry, lift up your head and arrange it how you like. You can add more Curl Booster spray or hair spray if needed.

That's not really in right now but, you just wash your hair, towel dry, then add an a ss load of mouse, put head upside down start from the bottom and scrunch it up in your fist. People do this with perms too.

GO TO SALLY'S AND BUY A BLOWDRYER WITH A DIFFUSER . THEN YOU PUT EITHER MOUSSE OR GEL ON YOUR HAIR AND BLOWDRY IT WITH THE DIFFUSER. PROBLEM SOLVED!

First run your hair under warm water. Then towel dry it so its wet but not dripping. Then get some mousse, gel, and hair spray. Flip your hair upside down and apply the mousse, then the gel and then the the hairspray...finally get a anti frizz spray and spray on top of all hair! remember to scrunch your hair close to ur head so the curls turn out smaller. With very tight curls you need to put gel. Take a big toothed comb through it and make little sections. Wind your hair around you finger and let it pop up by itself. You can use a finishing spray also. It'll look real shiny. Blow dry on very low if you want, and if you want fullness do it upside down. Scrunch it tight with your hand and put some glosser.

you could try a spiral perm. they use different curlers to make it look like that. but if you have long hair it might cost more than a regular perm
