Is it true that if you sleep with your hair wet, you get a headache?

my friend told me that when i was seven, and everytime i sleep with it wet (even for 10 minutes!) i get a massive headache!! but my sister does that and she dont, and in the magazines it said to sleep with you hair wet to get a certain hairstyle, etc. is this a myth or is it just for me cause i believe in it so much its like real?

i heard that somewhere, but i dont think its true. If you do just wrap your hair or put it in braids and then put a scarf on your hair.

i have never heard of that before .. i think it is a myth.. but sleeping with your hair wet will create a wet pillow ..lol and if your trying for a certain hair style put it that way and sleep but also sleeping with wet hair can make it curly in the morning or puffy... ..
