Small earrings like studs or smaller hoops. This has an uplifting image to the face. I think heavy necklaces give the illusion of pulling your face down. Try highlights in your hair on top, to draw attention upwards. You want everything to have an upward effect. Necklaces can draw attention to your neck and make the jowl's appear droopier. If you like necklaces try beautiful small pieces or chokers perhaps.

I am approximately your size.

I try to wear top and bottom of the same color then the accessories stand out.

Rachel Ray is not tall but wears the big belts, boots and jewelery.

Funky purses and totes are out there but I like more conservative colors.

I say just pick shoes that you like.

I find the high wedge sandals are fairly comfortable and give me height.

If you are going to the beach, I like the blues and greens.

If you are going to the office ,keep it clean neat and professional.

Hats and caps are fun in a coordinating color.

If you wear a hat or cap it is good if you have some hair showing below.

The big sun glasses are back in style.
