How can I get my hair to look like Joshua Third's?

I love the band, the horrors, I also love Noel Fielding! My hair is currently a little bit shorter than Noel's, I want to know how I can get my hair to look like Joshua Third, or Farris Rotter's hair without getting it cut.

A lot of back combing and blow drying with mousse and hairspray, easy enough to do but a bugger to undo as it were. You need quite long hair to do it as well as he has.
