ok....idk if i looked at the right one......but i saw one that her hair was like curly (but not too much)......u can get a perm (how ever u spell it) and u can bring that picture in and ask the hairdresser if he or she can make it that way......u can also use a curling iron (depending on how fine ur hair is....aka...thin or not) and possible using those hair curler ting that u put in ur hair.....hair rollers or something (i am blanking out) :)

well you use a large curling iron. hair spray it when you role it to the top. only use a little. hold till the hair is very hott. let it out. do the rest of your head. use a little water to make the curls "fall" some and their you go. at least that works for me
