Yeah, I heard that too. But really, who actually buys such thing? And where?!

Instead, try pre-natals vitamins. I take them and they work.

Mane and Tail was a secret of show horse set girls and they now offer it in the grocery store, you can get it at Walgreen's now. It is a shampoo orginally for horses but works great on people too. The conditioner has one you can even use as a leave in.

My sisters hairsylist said that many of his clients with the best stongest hair used it.

I learned about it years ago. I had horses and groomed horses for some very wealthy people. A movie producers daughter and a mafia wife who rode show horses, both millionaires, both told me separately that they used it and both of them had beautiful long hair.

I have waist length hair myself!

I use Mane 'N Tail Shampoo and Conditioner and Carrot Oil Creame. It helps to promote hair growth but you have to help it by messaging your scalp to stimulate the hair follicles with your fingertips All three products worked great and I still use them. I bought it at a beauty supply store. I have shiny, healthly, well conditioned hair.

GNC has a supplement called "Nourishair" that makes the hair grow faster, you can read what's in it by googling it.

Also ProCaps labs sells a "hair skin and nails" formula that does the same thing, supports hair growth and health

If you take only Biotin alone, make sure you take at least 2.5 milligrams or 2500 micrograms [the same thing] a day because thats' a good amount to take. I use the Nourshair supplement from GNC now and my hair is growing faster than it did, but it took about 6 to 8 weeks of daily use to see results.

You can do several things to help hair growth. The best is to take some vitamin E or increase vitamin E in your diet. Also scalp massage, getting regular trims, and some people swear by using horse shampoo and conditioner (gives you silky and shiny hair). I think Mane and Tail is the brand that most people use.
